The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. WIFI available throughout the home. *PARKING: There is a $20 resort parking pass required per vehicle that will be charged at the gate upon entering. ** No Parking inside the garage… POOL HEATING: Enhance your stay by adding pool heating to your reservation! This service is available for an additional $50 per night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date to ensure it is ready for your arrival. *PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval. *Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. *Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home. *** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am.
